Emotional Wellness

I am someone who’s always struggled with anxiety. And because I refuse to let my anxious ways get the best of me, I focus much of my energy on developing and strengthen my emotional health and wellbeing.  And as a mother of two boys, my focus has an even broader reach—to that of my family.
